Heather AbrahamThis issue like issue reporter in MCD-5366.
Minecraft Dungeons in XBox (Game Pass) starts and screen reads Press any button to enter, a small white box appears at the top. That message disappears when a controller button is pressed but the game does not load. Music is playing. It seems the saved game (Gamer Tag KING Cezzy) will not load for some reason.
*If we add a guest account in Minecraft Dungeons the game loads successfully with no problem for the guest Gamer Tag. When we switch back to the main Gamer Tag loading the game remains stuck.
What we have tried for fix: Uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft Dungeons. Hard restarts. Unplugging XBox. This does not fix the issue.
This is still an issue. I see that a bug has been confirmed for Switch and Windows PC. Has a bug been confirmed for XBox? Uninstalling and reinstalling has not fixed the issue. We still have the the screen not loading with the small white box at the top, and the screen saying press any button but the game not loading after.
Help. My son's XBox Gamepass game is still inaccessible (will not load).

Heather- my son is having the same problem!! Have you found a solution? My son is so upset by not being able to play.
Julie - We have not. My son is upset too.
It looks like there is another re-opened ticket. They need a ticket that just focuses on fixing for XBox users!!!!
I have posted a solution to the issue report above.
My son's XBox Minecraft Dungeons is now unstuck! His game progress is where it was so none of his progress was lost. Somehow it was just restored. Several months ago we tried the deleting saved files but it was not fixed and still stuck. Now it is unstuck and my son is so happy to play again and he did not lose anything.
