[MCD-5366] My game won't load

My game, after pressing any button, a white window appears on the screen, and after closing the white window, the message appears again: press any button, then when I press any button, the game is still loading. And I can't play it.

This same issue is happening to us, I opened issue ~~MCD-5400~~. Interestingly when we create a guest gamer tag that account loads with no problems.
