MCD / MCD-2132

I bought MC Dungeons on the Switch Lite and it was working fine I used it to play online with other friends. I got the game again on my PC through Xbox Game Pass so that I could play alone since I prefer to play with mouse and keyboard. However, when I tried to play on the switch again, the game will not load. It remains on the loading screen with the red cube in the corner. If I turn off my wifi while opening the game then I am able to load the game into the character selection screen but I am only able to play offline. If I turn wifi on while on character select screen and go-to online it will freeze on the character select screen and not allow me to select a character. However, I can change it back to offline and play like normal. I believe it is an issue with the account being connected to a Microsoft account since characters do not transfer over between different platforms there must be some type of conflict where it is trying to load the character but it can not since there are two different characters on the same account but on different platforms.
