Both my brother and I have a Microsoft account that has been granted access to the beta. I setup my profile first on our computer and played through some of the beta. Once I was done, I signed out of my account and my brother signed into his. When he launches the game, it still has all of my information. I tried reinstalling the game as well as deleting any relevant files I could find in ProgramData, AppData, and Documents. I also tried creating a new user account on my computer for my brother to use his account with, but my data was still there when he launched the game. (Different account should use different gamertag, but it isn't doing that as you can see in these videos)

Used another key to get my 3rd account beta access just to show off this bug, different account name, same ingame gamertag
I think that is a really great idea!
Have the same problem, used my Mojang account email for the beta but for Xbox account I use that for my son, send myself one of the friend copies and made sure all my accounts are open to my email but the game still opens on a profile for my son.
it also happened to me. instead of saying my account name after I logged him out and logged me in it said my brother's account name. I also got the beta from him if its how it works with given beta from a player.
Hello again, I just found a "fix" for this problem: I launched the game, closed the launcher and disconnected my connection very quickly; I waited a few minutes in the menus, I put back my connection and there I had a window that opened for me to identify myself again with my account and it worked, I got my character back and my progress.
