Hello,

When I received my beta key, I logged in with an account (abarrak). I created a character that I level 4.

Then I gave my son one of the keys offered. He was able to use it with his account to benefit from it. I then log out of my account and connect my son's account (abarrach666) to my PC. It is well recognized on the launcher (see image 1) but when we arrive in the game, it is my account which is connected (there is always my character + when I launch a game online, it is displayed as friend - picture 2).

In short, he cannot start a game on his account.

Hello. I received a beta key. I played the game and I got my character up. I gave a link to my little brother. He played on his pc. After that, he had to leave his pc with our parents and so I lent my pc to play it. He identified himself with his account. He first discovered that his progress was not accessible on my pc. Then he disconnected being disappointed ... (He restarted the game from his pc and he had his progress again ... ok?) I reconnected with my account, I launched the game and there was still the character of my little brother level 1. I disconnected and reconnected but nothing to do, I still do not have access to my character ...

Hello again, I just found a "fix" for this problem: I launched the game, closed the launcher and disconnected my connection very quickly; I waited a few minutes in the menus, I put back my connection and there I had a window that opened for me to identify myself again with my account and it worked, I got my character back and my progress.
