I pre-installed the game on 23rd or 24th and waited until the release date! Started up Minecraft Dungeons and was given a Click Any Button To Start Game prompt after clicking the prompt i get stuck in an infinite loading screen loop that hasn't ended for over 2 hours now..
I've seen many others saying the same thing. I'm from the United Kingdom so i thought maybe its a server sided thing as you need internet to play the game past this point but that's my issue right now i have not gotten past the loading screen after the initial launch

Same issue here. UK, playing on the Nintendo Switch. The only (kind of) work around I've found is to start the game offline/in flight mode. This lets you play single player and local multiplayer at least.
If you try going online after you pass the loading and menus, you still can't play online multiplayer sadly

The same was happening to me but only for Nintendo Switch lite and I’m in the U.S
