[BDS-16351] 0xc000007b Application Error

When loading 1.17.41.01 bedrock_server.exe, the following error comes up.

I have attempted to run as administrator, same issue.

I have turned off Windows Defender, same issue.

I have no other security running on the computer (MacAfee, etc)

I'm running Windows 10 Home

Intel Core i9 processor

32GB Ram

1 TB SSD Stoarge
