[BDS-12744] Bedrock server not working issue (0xc000007b)

whenever I run the program Bedrock_server.exe, I get, The application was unable to start correctly(0xc000007b)

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
