Baby zombie pigmen

When I spawned in a baby zombie pigman underground, I noticed that it was unusually slow. I spawned in a couple more adults and hit one. As expected they all rushed to attack me, but the baby pigman was going the same speed as the adults, when it is supposed to be much faster!
