MCPE-9191Baby Zombie Pigmen have the incorrect speed
Baby Zombie Pigmen doesn't have the same speed as baby zombies in PE!
To reproduce:
1: Spawn a baby zombie pigman.
2:Hit it!
As you can see, it has the same speed as adults'.
