This is not a bug this is the think that mojang set up for tile entities and non opaque blocks so at a distance you can't see the blocks for framerate reasons
This works within a few meters, so long as the block in question is viewed through a cloud. At the same distance shown in the photo all of the blocks render normally without the cloud cover.
Only some of the leaf blocks dissapear
Not fixed in 0.11.1.
In addition, notice that at a certain distance, as already pointed out, the leaves and water do not render through the clouds (image 1), but at a farther distance, the water and some of the leaves come back into view (image 2).
Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Android 5.1.1 Version: 0.12.3
