I found I could mine through bedrock & die or fly around underneath. Maybe it's intentional. But I thought I'd mention it.
I also had a torch place horizontally and then a crash. Hard rebooted and it probably won't happen again.
Door duplication on stone slabs.

The ability to mine bedrock has always been in the PC edition. I am glad it has been added in PE, as it is just interesting. It is not a bug. Also the fact you die is not a bug.
