MCD / MCD-7105

Whenever I try to start MCD, the game pops up, I can see the main forest screen, but it wont load my account. If I click to load it, a white box appears, and then nothing happens. This has been happening for a while now. I can click the x on the top right of the box, it goes away. When I click a second time, it just loads endlessly and does nothing. I've tried repairing MCD through the launcher, I have tried restarting the game multiple times to see if it would work then, and it just wont load my account. I am about level 275 in the game and I would hate to start over. I think when the box appears, it is supposed to open the Xbox window that says, "welcome user! lets play." and then it should load. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to work, but whenever I click, a white box appears and then nothing happens. I have seen some cool updates being released, and I would love to explore the new updates, but I can't because I can't log into my account. Thanks.
