White pop up appears when opening minecraft dungeons which can only be closed and minecraft dungeons will be on the loading after press any button forever or 20-30 minutes+

So after a few months of not playing Minecraft dungeons and uninstalling the minecraft.net launcher since I thought I wouldn't need it anymore I opened Minecraft dungeons and after all the intros I had a plain white pop-up on my screen and the only thing I could do with it was close it and then i pressed any button to continue but it wouldn't load. So I waited for it to load for around 20 minutes my penitence ran out and i closed the tab.
