MCD / MCD-7018

A blank box appears with no options other than a cross in the top right corner. When I hit the "x" it just keeps loading the screen.

A couple of months ago I uninstalled Minecraft Dungeons and now that I want to play it again, I have installed it but when entering it only appears a blank box without any option, if I remove the blank box it only stays on the loading screen and from there does not happen.
