MCD / MCD-6744

I bought Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate edition a while ago and I enjoyed playing it. But for some reason I can no longer load into the game. I've made sure that I'm on the right account. When I click play the game loads up as normal, the Xbox, Mojang, Double eleven and Unreal engine logos load up fine. But the problem is when I reach the 'Press any button' screen. First an ai voice says 'Minecraft dungeons, press any button to start' I push a button and a plain white box with nothing on it appears, there's an x in the corner that closes it, if I hover over the x with my mouse an ai voice says 'press the left mouse button to exit'. When I click the x the 'press any button' prompt comes up again. If I click anything I'm stuck in a endless loading screen.
