My main account does not want to load on properly anymore and I spent a lot of money on it

Basically on my main account I put a lot of money into Minecraft dungeons now it doesn't want to load properly it gets stuck on a loading screen. However on my other account which doesn't have Minecraft dungeons bought or downloaded it can still load it and play normally, The only thing about that account is that I've never bought anything on it and it's a level 10 whereas my other account was over level 250 definitely! I've tried to look up problem and made videos on how to help but nothing has worked. The picture that was added was taken 10 minutes after I first started loading it!!! Β Please help me and reply ASAP if possible.
