[MCD-6237] Due to a bug in Minecraft Dungeons my save has disappeared.

I followed this ticket (detail in the attachment)

" The game loads to the click any button to continue screen which I proceed to do then a white box appears. When I press the exit button the game enters a infinite loading screen. (the character selection screen never appears). I have reinstalled the game to no avail however I did did not delete character data. "

When I connect to the game I see that I have lost my save...
