When I tried recently to launch the game, I found that after the launch screen going well, and the loading going fine, I was greeted with a box (in the attached screenshot). I have tried:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher

Uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++

Restarting my PC

Nothing I do seems to fix this, which is quite annoying.
