[MCD-6153] Stuck on Loading Screen

I just bought the game along with all the dlc but I cannot even play it. I created my character, I click play online, then I click to start the tutorial and it takes me to a loading screen with the changing blocks in the bottom left corner. It begins to load, but when it changes to the cobblestone, it freezes. I tried just joining a friend's match since it may have just been the tutorial, but that did not work either, still froze. I repaired the game, re-installed the game, and nothing has worked.

Please answer the following questions to help us understand your issue better:

Did you buy the launcher version, or the Microsoft Store version?
What version of Windows are you playing on, 7, 8 or 10?
What are your computer's technical specifications (graphics card, processor, RAM, available space, etc.)?
Is the game installed on an SSD, or HDD? If it's installed on an HDD, can you move it to an SSD and see if doing so makes a difference?

I bought the Launcher Version

Windows 10

2080 super, ryzen 5 3600x, 16gb ram, 200+gb of space remaining

ssd. I only have one storage
