Attempt to authenticate without success. Red cube bottom right continues to spin.

 

Have restarted xbox series x, hard shut down, signed out/in, tried under sig others account, tried on 2nd xbox one s all fail. Security settings allow all online play, router has been Rebooted and speed test is 491mbps down and 43mbps up

I've got the same thing happening to me I get past the profile selection and it just gets stuck in the loading screen but it's only happening with my profile I play on xbox one s
