[MCD-6033] the game is not working

Since purchasing the Hidden Depths DLC for Minecraft Dungeons (27/05/2021), my son has been unable to access and play the game.

He has access only to the entrance to the game, when you enter the camp (after pressing any button) the game freezes and a white sheet is shown - blank and nothing happens - photo in attachment.

Please help in solving the problem. I'm waiting for an answer.

when I done this:
