Hello guys,

 

Sorry for my english, i am french player.

and i played minecraft dungeon untill two days ago

but yesterday, the game have a problem

When it is starting, we arrive untill the cam's screen

and after a white square appear (no message on it - just a cross on the high and right corner)

if you valid it, the game charge (the little red stone block turn)... charge... without end...

I have contacted the support, uninstalled the game and installed it again, my computer is ok on all codec of nvdia (i have a geforce 710)

so, why the game is ok during 4 days and suddenly, is KO.

is it possible that a windows 10 scan virus blocked it ?

 

i have no idea and the minecraft support said to me that there is a wizard here to help me.
