I bought minecraft dungeon on Microsoft store on 04/05/2021 unfortunately I can not sign in to my account minecraft dungeon.
The attached message is displayed when I try to connect. I tried everything (like uninstall it and reinstall it) unfortunately without success.

Besides seeing if the issue will be resolved upon relaunching the game later, please check if it will help to sign out and then sign back in to your account within the game's launcher and/or Microsoft Store.
