Elias PapageorgiouMinecraft Dungeons refuses to connect to the network, similarly to a report I filed about the Minecraft Launcher not connecting to my network.
The difference with Dungeons, however, is that it does work in other locations, but it doesn't work at home.
When I open the Dungeons launcher, an error occurs, as seen in a screenshot, where it says "Unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection" and a button that says "TRY AGAIN".
Again, reported to community support and they couldn't help me either.
I had the same issue but in the Xbox Game Pass app on my computer. I verified the information. Then, the app kept trying to make me sign up for the Game Pass app. I checked it. Everything was fine. It still would not let me in. So, on the left side of the screen where it has the game, I clicked the arrow button to play the game. The game successfully opened and everything seemed fine for a moment.
Then, I played a few rounds to get my armor out of the blacksmith. The Blacksmith round counter was not working. It still stated I needed to play 3-more rounds to get my armor out. I proceeded to log out, but this is where the weird part happened. It threw me into the beginning of the Creepy Crypt map. I know I did not misclick any items. So, I was like ok I will just play this last map. But, my armor, bow and artifacts were missing. I looked in my inventory and they items were completely gone, along with a few others.
A friend helped me check to see if I was having the same issues in her map. She was fine but mentioned she previously had some log in issues. The app still looks the same today. I went into it in hopes my items had returned but not luck. My highest items were gone.
Can someone help me with this issue and let me know when it will be fixed?
