Good morning,

For the last month or so, my son's account has been showing both several (but not all) duplicated items and negative enchantment points (typically matching the value of enchantment points attached to the dupe'd items) when he first starts the game. At first this was just a quirk - he could still sell off the dupes (and get bonus emeralds in the process) so no complaints. However, during later restarts he observed that he sometimes had lost actual items (he sold the 'wrong' copy of the glitched items and effectively lost them from his inventory; or had actually lost new items that he'd acquired since the last playthrough), and also his progress bar has gotten stuck/capped. In the last day or two he's started making level progress again, but he did ask me to still file this bug as it was super frustrating when the inventory corruptions happened.

We also noticed the inventory duplicating/negative enchanting issue when he went back to the lobby and I joined his gameplay session earlier this week. Below screenshot from 8/22 if that's helpful, please let me know additional info we can provide - thanks!
