MCD / MCD-4215

I play the game and I go up levels. My son and I were about the same level, 50. We got back to camp and shutdown the Xbox. When we play again later, I sign in and it shows my character at the correct level from the last play, but AS SOON AS WE ENTER A LEVEL, my level resets to level 31 and I have -27 enchantment points. I have lost many successful Adventure level completions and I refuse to play until this is fixed. I will not continue to work at going up levels when it is not being saved or a glitch is causing this.
