MCD / MCD-3967

I did search for the same issue as mine but the person who addressed the issue didn't give you enough information using things like, "Help infinite screen fix please". This issue had been according for a couple of weeks now since around mid June. This bug happens after to "press any button to start'' and are greeted with a loading screen with the protagonists fighting monsters. This is not the bugged loading screen. The bugged screen is directly after that when you are greeted with a camp site at night with the title screen in the top left. there is a redstone block in the bottom right indicating that it is loading. this I the bugged screen. ive waited hours for this screen with no luck. I know i have a great internet connection because from the same position in my home I can play other online games with ease. I thought with the new dlc that was released the bug could have been fixed in this update ( i own the deluxe version of mc dungeons).  This is still not the case. The weirdest thing is of all this is  also happening to my friends switch. the same issue is happening with him and are issues happened at the same time. I don't know how many other devices could be under effect from this issue. thank you for you're time. my switch also says version 1.3.0.0 but that is not an option, i am sure im using the newest version aloud to me at the moment.
