[MCD-3459] Minecraft dungeons won't work

Hello, I recently bought Minecraft dungeons digitally for Nintendo switch, but I'm having issues when I press a button to play it gets stuck loading on this screen and won't load at all to let me actually play the game, I tried deleting the game and redownloading it hoping it would work but it's still stuck on the loading screen :/ I emailed Mojang about the issue but the employe was not helpful at all the only thing they did was send me a link that said help with Minecraft Nintendo switch and a link for Nintendo support

I am also having this issue for the past 2 days. I have tried multiple fixes, even deleting the game and reinstalling it. Nothing will let me get past the "Press Any Button" Screen. It loads the game as if to select a character but remains stuck loading for hours if I let it.

I found a fix for this online!! It worked for me!!!

Here’s the workaround.

Put your switch into airplane mode
start the game (it should boot up and give you a warning about turning off airplane mode for online options)
go to the start screen and open the options
Select game > configure online play > sign out of your Microsoft account
close the game
turn off airplane mode
start the game again and sign back into your Microsoft account with your new password
