When this started the first time, I had little to no internet. Then it started doing this. I thought it was because I didn't have any internet, so I connected back. I tried loading in again and this has been happening multiple times since then, and I haven't been able to load into the Hero Selection area yet.
This is only for one of my accounts, which is weird. The other accounts work fine. It's just I have made a lot of progress, and I don't want to lose it.
I am also noticing that other people are having the same problem with different causes to this. I am really hoping you can fix this.
The Video Below is just a couple of seconds of what has been happening after the "Press Any Button" screen.
It's Been A While & Now it says "Press any Button" Again. I did it, and now it still keeps going.
