I have leveled up to level 25 and my enchant was -18, i have leveled up twice and its now at -16.

I have tried to salvage some weapons too and the number is adding to the negative value.

How do i fix this?

I've only seen this sort of behavior when some sort of 3rd party hex editor or save edit has taken place.
