When I start up my Minecraft dungeons game it gets stuck on the loading screen before I select my character

When I begin to start up my Minecraft dungeons game it stays on the loading screen at the very beginning before selecting my character and it never does anything. It just sits there loading, I've tried literally everything. Uninstalling it and re downloading it, restarting my Nintendo Switch and restarting the game and starting it back up, I've also checked if it needs a update but nothing helped. I even tried moving it from my micro SD CARD and nothing still. PLEASE HELP !
