[MCD-1461] Unable to verify game ownership

After I load up the game it says "Unable to verify game ownership" and I can not play the game. The retry button doesn't fix it. I know this issue was originally thought to be fixed but it seems to have returned. I hope it can be fixed soon

I initially was able to open the game without a problem and start playing. However, after I clicked "Quit to Desktop", and the started the game again ten minutes later, I started getting the error message "Unable to verify game ownership". NOTE: I purchased the game through Windows Store.
