Bonjour, j'ai le jeux sur microsoft store, je le lance tous va bien, j'arrive au menu, la on me demande de me connecté a xbox live je rentre mon compte et la problème il me dise que " Désolé, il semble que vous ne possédez pas Minecraft Dungeons sur ce compte. Vérifiez que vous utilisez le bon compte XBOX Live, puis relancez le jeu."

Pourtant j'ai bien activé la clé ( car je l'ai acheté sur une autre plateforme ) sur mon compte microsoft store, puis je n'aurais pas pu le téléchargé sinon, s'il faut je peux fournir des preuves que j'ai le jeu, De l'achat du jeu/ du jeu dans ma bibliothèque et s'il faut d'autre chose.

Est ce que quelqu'un aurait la solution ? ou qui pourrait m'aider

Hello, I have the games on microsoft store, I launch it all is fine, I arrive at the menu, there I am asked to connect me to xbox live. Check that you are using the correct XBOX Live account, then restart the game."

However I activated the key (because I bought it on another platform) on my microsoft store account, then I could not have downloaded it otherwise, if necessary I can provide proof that I have the game, the purchase of the game / game in my library and if something else is needed.

Does anyone have the solution? or who could help me?
