Unable to play the game, I am told that this xbox live account is not the owner of the game while I pre-ordered the hero edition soon a month ago

When I launch the game and I have to log in, after logging into my account, a window in I say that I am not the owner of the game on this account while I pre-ordered the hero edition there of that almost a month, I don't know if I'm the only one but this beug is a pretty big problem
