READ FIRST BEFORE MARKING AS INVALID

Greetings. I'm posting this here because I don't know what else can I do to get help. 

I didn't receive my Vanilla Cape in my account even when I've bought both versions before 2022. I've been waiting for 3 years and even contacted support three times. The only answer I got was "We can't give you the cape".

To this day, still haven't gotten my cape. I'm going to attach two screenshots of the receipt of both versions: Java in 2019 and Bedrock in 2021 looking for help. In case you couldn't do anything either, I would like at least a reference or a contact of someone who could. Take a look please and, thank you so much.
