BUG

I speak spanish and i need help NINTENDO can't help me and MICROSOFT can't help me. Nintendo support said to me that i should explain here but my English is bad.

So this is the problem:

I play on Nintendo switch.
I was in the skins i was looking the skins free and no free, so i go so much down and then the screen crash and i select my skin free.. but they Minecraft crash in that moment.
So i go to home of switch and my switch crashes then i do hardreset to my nintendo switch and i started again Minecraft... Now the loading screen is so slow now i need wait 1:30 minutes to load the menú and it crashes 2 times before i select "play" and i can't load my account of Microsoft of XBOX and the moment that i play Minecraft it crash too, my Friends of PC or another plataforma can't play, they login, but they can't move well.
The moment that i sign account of Microsoft my nintendo switch error tell me problem of DNS, or my conection is wrong but i always play with etherner and the conection with Minecraft is lost.
I called yo Microsoft and they tell me that nintendo should help to me then i called nintendo and they said Mojang must help me... I don't know what i must do. I am very angry with this problem, I CANT PLAY I NEED HELP.

Estaba en el menú de Minecraft viendo las skins del personaje que son gratis y por pagar, bajé por mucho tiempo para ver las skins y al momento de bajar mucho la pantalla se bugea, en ese instante seleccione mi skin gratis y al salir el juego se crashea, fue ahí cuando fui al menú de la consola y mi nintendo se quedó trabada, hice hardreset y luego de volver a iniciar el juego, se demoró aproximadamente 1:30 en iniciar( hasta hoy ) y antes de entrar al menú principal se crashea dos veces, la música se traba y debo esperar más, ahora no puedo iniciar sesión en Xbox desde Minecraft de nintendo switch y cuando quiero jugar con amigos no puedo porque ellos tienen mucho lag, pueden entrar a la sala, pero no pueden jugar bien.
Al momento de intentar iniciar sesión en Microsoft, me dice que tengo problemas de DNS o de conexión de wifi, aunque SIEMPRE juego con cable etherner o que el servidor de Minecraft tiene problemas en esos momentos.
No sé qué hacer, necesito ayuda... Llamé a MICROSOFT y me dijeron que si es de NINTENDO debo llamarlos a ellos, me llamaron porque es demasiado caro llamar a estados unidos desde chile, así que luego de explicar lo mismo de recién me dicen que debo comunicarme directamente con Mojang y así es como llegué aquí.
NECESITO AYUDA, NO SÉ QUÉ HACER Y ESTOY SUPER ENOJADO. Llevo más de un mes así, ayuda Mojang!!!!!
