Subscription cancellation issues

I purchased a realms subscription a few months ago and after a few disputes with friends, decided to cancel my subscription. I have followed the guidance provided for closing the realm but I am still being charged for it. I have triple checked and the realm is not active and hasn't been for a couple of months now but each month I am still being charged for the use. Please can you cancel the subscription and refund me the last 2 payments as it has not been used.
