BDS-7889Locked items in the character creation menu are not unlocked after completing the trophy
I am playing minecraft on PS4, I wanted to use the "cake apron" item in the character creation menu but it is locked and the description says "this item is unlocked through completing a trophy".
I then baked a cake in game to unlock the achievement "The Lie" but when I checked the create a character menu the "cake apron" is still locked.
Not sure if there is something I am missing or if this is a bug.

All they say is they will resolve and link the ticket as a duplicate but still didn't do anything to fix this bug. This has been going on for several months, maybe even a year and still nothing. I even tried unlocking the trophies again with another account and obviously it didn't work.
