      "description": "I am playing minecraft on PS4, I wanted to use the \"cake apron\" item in the character creation menu but it is locked and the description says \"this item is unlocked through completing a trophy\".\u00a0\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nI then baked a cake in game to unlock the achievement \"The Lie\" but when I checked the create a character menu the \"cake apron\" is still locked.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nNot sure if there is something I am missing or if this is a bug.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nMany thanks,\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\nJim.\u00a0",

               "body": "All they say is they will resolve and link the ticket as a duplicate but still didn't do anything to fix this bug. This has been going on for several months, maybe even a year and still nothing. I even tried unlocking the trophies again with another account and obviously it didn't work.",
