The mine craft store do not show my tokens on PS4

I'm playing Minecraft on the PlayStation 4. The Minecraft store does not show the correct amount of tokens I have. Also, my skins that I own are not loading correctly. An error message " failed to load character" shows up on the screen. I tried to redownload and access the Minecraft store again but I keep getting this error. When I log into the Minecraft game I'm able to play regularly but without any of the skins or tokens that's normally available under my account while I'm playing the PlayStation 4.
