      "description": "I'm playing Minecraft on the PlayStation 4. The Minecraft store does not show the correct amount of tokens I have. Also, my skins that I own are not loading correctly. An error message \" failed to load character\" shows up on the screen. I tried to redownload and access the Minecraft store again but I keep getting this error.
