Piston item duping

So theres been this bug where you can dupe items in a chest with pistons. Is it already fixed if not is it so hard to fix cause its been around for a long time and like the grindstone duping bug got fixed much faster. Also sorry if anybody else reported this before but in that case the one reporting made it private so i also couldnt vote on it if i wanted.
