Items duplicate in a moving chest

When any item is in a chest that gets moved by a piston, and you click the item into your inventory just when the chest is about to move, the item will go to your inventory, but a copy of that item will also remain in the chest. This could really get out of hand when you duplicate shulker boxes and it has already destroyed the realm I'm playing on. It doesn't work every time, you need to time it perfectly. It also works the other way, so if you place an item into the chest when it's moving, the item disappears. Timing is critical.
