BDS-4577Fortune enchantment doesnt work.
I went mining with my brand new fortune 3 pickaxe and mined multiple packs of diamonds and it never seemed to work. Ive tested on coal and it didnt multiply either. I thought that maybe my luck was just that bad but i tested it on multiple other worlds and it never worked. By the way the only version i could put was 1.14.60 even though that version isnt affected.

I'm having the same issue.. BIG bug. The fortune enchantment is completely broken doesent even work on nether quartz or gold
