BDS-4197Problem loading this world
I just purchased Minecraft on our Amazon Fire 7 Tablet for my son. He had prviously made a profile a while ago, so he logged in, hit 'play' pushed 'create new world' as he had no worlds created, again hit 'create new world' in different screen, , then 'create' when the options screen appeared, then it says "There was a problem loading this world". I've tried restarting the device, deleting and then redownloading the app several times, no luck. So he can't play at all.

This project is for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software only. Use one of the links below to go to the correct project.
– Minecraft: Bedrock Edition — Gear VR, iOS, Android, Windows 10 (from the Windows store), Xbox One, Windows 10 Mobile, Fire TV, Nintendo Switch, and PS4
Please don't forget to search for an existing issue matching yours in the appropriate project before raising a new one.
You may however find that you're better served heading to the Community Support discord as they may be able to assist in getting it working as the bug tracker is more for tracking bugs than for assistance getting something working.
