      "description": "I just purchased Minecraft on our Amazon Fire 7 Tablet for my son. He had prviously made a profile a while ago, so he logged in, hit 'play' pushed 'create new world' as he had no worlds created, again hit 'create new world' in different screen, , then 'create' when the options screen appeared, then it says \"There was a problem loading this world\". I've tried restarting the device, deleting and then redownloading the app several times, no luck. So he can't play at all.",
