Marketplace purchases missing

Hi, 

I bought coins and my first skin pack in the market place and now cannot find it on my Microsoft account or in my switch device.

1) When I try to login to To Microsoft account and “save to account”  it says “error number -9”. This issue persisted with a couple of days now. 

2) When I login to my Microsoft account and click “leave on device” it shows my marketplace as a red button and said “you may of lost some of your purchases... ”

What do I do to restore my first transaction? (Coins and skin pack)

Note: I made a total of 2 purchases. Please do not confuse this issue for my second purchase. The issue written above is for my first purchase
