      "description": "Hi,\u00a0\n\nI bought coins and my first skin pack in the market place and now cannot find it on my Microsoft account or in my switch device.\n\n1) When I try to login to To Microsoft account and \u201csave to account\u201d \u00a0it says \u201cerror number -9\u201d. This issue persisted with a couple of days now.\u00a0\n\n2) When I login to my Microsoft account and click \u201cleave on device\u201d it shows my marketplace as a red button and said \u201cyou may of lost some of your purchases... \u201d\n\nWhat do I do to restore my first transaction? (Coins and skin pack)\n\nNote: I made a total of 2 purchases. Please do not confuse this issue for my second purchase.
