[BDS-3104] Blue Fire does not ignite TNT

I am unsure if this is intentional or not, but if you place TNT next to blue fire, it will not ignite, while normal fire does ignite the TNT.

Your issue looks like it relates to Minecraft Java Edition but has accidentally been raised against Bedrock Dedicated Server.
